Guard remanded in Nandipur

GUJRANWALA: Civil Judge Nuzhat Jabeen on Tuesday granted police a three-day physical remand of the Nandipur power project security guard in a case of tearing record.
Police produced accused security guard Balqias Khan before the court in tight security and sought his seven-day remand, but the judge granted three-day remand. According to the investigation officer, the accused security guard confessed that he tore the record on the alleged directions of security in-charge Mehtab Alam.
