Chained labourer recovered from brick kiln

SIALKOT: Police recovered a chained labourer from a brick kiln near Randhawa village in Badiana police limits on Sunday.
A kiln worker, Muhammad Latif, had received Rs 75,000 in advance from kiln owner Naveed Anjum. Later, he quit the job without fully returning the amount. To it, Naveed along with his four accomplices Sylvester Masih, Farman, Farhan and Nasir allegedly abducted Latif from Mundeki Barian village about five days ago. The accused took him to the kiln where they tortured and chained him. Police have arrested all accused after registering a case.
