Five killed, 20 injured in two road accidents

FAISALABAD: Five people were killed and 20 others injured in two road accidents here on Wednesday.
In the first incident, Ghulam Abbas, Muhammad Nawaz and Mubashir Ahmad, residents of Chak 482, Chiniot, were on their way when a tyre of their motorcycle burst on Jhang Road. In the meantime, a truck crushed them to death. In the second incident, two buses collided with each other on Rajana-Muridwala Road. As a result, drivers of both buses were killed on the spot while 20 passengers, including Sajida Bibi of Burewala, Falak Sher and Salma Asif, were injured.
BOY COMMITS SUICIDE: A boy committed suicide at Chak 36/JB on Wednesday. Abid Ghafoor ended his life by swallowing poisonous pills over a domestic dispute.
WOMAN FALLS TO DEATH: A woman was killed after falling from the roof of her house on Sargodha Road. Rashida suddenly fell from the roof of her house. As a result, she was injured seriously. She was shifted to the Allied Hospital where she died.
LABOURER ELECTROCUTED: A labourer was electrocuted at Chak 104/RB. Imran Ahmad was working in an under construction house when his hand touched a wire. As a result, he received an electric shock and died on the spot.
