MULTAN: Police claimed on Sunday to have arrested 28 criminals and recovered drugs and illegal weapons from their possessions across the district. According to the police, three distilleries were unearthed while 13 drug peddlers arrested. Besides, 147 litres of liquor, 1.340 kilograms of heroin and 125 grams of hashish were recovered. Three people who had been carrying weapons were arrested, and six rocket launchers, three Kalashnikovs, a pistol and 405 rounds were recovered from their possessions. Police also arrested nine proclaimed offenders.
