RAWALINDI: Miss Naheed Khan, political secretary of the late prime minister Benazir Bhutto, on Monday filed an application in the Anti-Terrorism Court to record her statement as a witness in the Benazir Bhutto’s murder case.
Earlier, Javaid Rehman, who was driving the vehicle at the time of the blast in which Benazir Bhutto was killed in Liaquat Bagh, had recorded his statement in the court that Naheed Khan had suggested to Benazir Bhutto to address the party workers through the sunroof of the vehicle.
ATC judge Rai Ayub Marth issued notices to the parties and adjourned the hearing till September 14.
