CHARSADDA: The police arrested a suspected militant associated with the outlawed militant group, Lashkar-e-Islam, at a checkpoint in Kala Dher village here on Monday, an official said.Station House Officer Imran Khan said the police arrested Ahmadullah at a roadside checkpoint in Kala Dher.He said the police recovered arms and ammunition from the militant and began interrogating him. The official said the accused confessed to having bombed houses in Peshawar and Shakas area in Jamrud tehsil in Khyber Agency when the owners refused to pay him extortion money. He said the militant had also blown up a government school in Qambarkhel area in Bara tehsil in Khyber Agency.
