Five killed in DI Khan road accidents
DERA ISMAIL KHAN: Five persons including a women and a minor girl died in separate road mishaps here on Saturday.
The first accident took place on Daraban Road in the limits of City Police Station where two speeding motorcars collided head on. As a result, four persons, including a woman and a minor girl, were killed while seven others including two women sustained injuries.
Separately, a motorcar hit a motorcycle on Chashma Road, killing the motorcyclist identified as Sanaullah on the spot. Wife of the deceased who was also riding the motorcycle remained safe in the mishap. The body was handed over to the relatives after the post-mortem.
Police registered separate cases of both incidents.
Shop looted in Nowshera: Three unidentified gunmen robbed a cellular shop in Daagi Jadeed in Pabbi area on Saturday, official sources said.
One Intizaar Shah reported to the police that he along with his son Amir Sohail was present at his mobile phone shop when three masked men entered the shop and snatched Rs63,000 from him at gunpoint. The police registered the case and started investigation.
