Man tortures wife, cut hair for ‘honour’

GUJRANWALA: A man allegedly tortured his wife for honour at Ratta Bajwa on Friday.
Bashir doubted the character of his wife Kausar. On the day of the incident, Bashir asked his wife to give him her mobile phone but she refused. It infuriated Bashir and he with his elder son allegedly tortured Kausar. The accused also cut her hair. Jinnah Road police have started investigation.
GIRL ABDUCTED: A girl was kidnapped by unidentified people at Satellite Town.
Shiza along with her sister was going to a college when the unidentified people allegedly abducted her. Hearing the cries of her sister, the people gathered there and informed Satellite Town police, who have started investigation. According to the preliminary investigation, it seemed that the girl was not kidnapped and went with them willingly.
