SUKKUR: A man and his son were killed in a roadside blast in the Khalid Brohi village near Tingwani on Monday.
Sources said that the blast took place when the father and the son were passing through the area on a motorcycle. Kajloo and his son Ghazi were seriously injured in the blast and were immediately rushed to a local hospital where both succumbed to their injuries during treatment.
Meanwhile, two people were killed and 20 others sustained injuries when a speeding passenger van overturned on the Indus Highway. Police have confirmed two deaths. Two injured have been transferred to Larkana due to their serious condition.
