Over Rs3.21b budget approved for Hangu

HANGU: The district council on Friday approved more than Rs3.21 billion budget for the fiscal 2016-17.District Nazim Mufti Obaidullah presented the budget during the budget session held with speaker of the council Said Omar in the chair. The district council passed the budget with simple majority as the opposition boycotted the session. A total of Rs1.648 billion has been allocated for development while more than Rs1.271b has been sanctioned for non-development expenditures in the budget.
