Abduction of 2 children
Report sought from SHO for not registering FIR
From Our Correspondent
JHANG: DPO Humayun Masood has sought an urgent report from Satellite Town police SHO for not registering an FIR of abduction of two children.
Jehangir, a resident of Luck Badhar village, through an application informed the DPO that accused Israr of the same village allegedly abducted his son Habib and nephew Tariq, students of fifth classes, for ransom along with his two accomplices when they came out from their coaching centre. However, on the hue and cry of the children, the accused persons fled. Complainant Jehangir told the DPO that he gave an application to the SHO for registration of an FIR against the accused persons on July 26 but the SHO did not take any action against the accused. Taking notice of the issue, the DPO directed the Satellite Town police SHO to submit a report on the issue.
