Youth kills brother, father over marriage row

GUJRANWALA: A youth killed his brother and father over a marriage issue at Kamoke.
Jamil wanted to get married soon but his brother Shakeel and father Ibrahim were against it. On Friday, Jamil quarreled with his father and brother over the issue. In a fit of rage, Jamil allegedly attacked his father and brother with a sharp-edged weapon. As a result, they were injured seriously. They were shifted to a hospital where they died. Kamoke Sadr police have registered a case and started investigation.
THREE KILLED ON ROAD: Three people were killed and as many others injured in two road accidents here on Friday.
In the first incident, Kamran, Iqbal, Rehman and Dawood were going on two motorcycles when a speeding car collided with them near Ojla village on GT Road. Resultantly, Kamran and Iqbal were killed on the spot while Rehman and Dawood were injured. They were shifted to the DHQ Hospital by Rescue 1122 staffers. In the second incident, 60-year-old Mumtaz was killed and 10-year-old Mubashira was injured when a truck hit them at Pindi Bypass.
