LAHORE
The increasing number of kidnappings and the cold-hearted response of the political and civil bureaucracy is cause of concern for the parents in Lahore.
This was stated by Pakistan Awami Tehreek Chairman Dr Tahirul Qadri while talking to senior party leaders here on Wednesday. He said that had the rulers implemented the National Action Plan, such incidents would have never happened. Dr Tahirul Qadri said Karachi-like operation was badly needed in Punjab.
