Daesh activist held with two hand grenades

GUJRANWALA: The Counter-Terrorism Department arrested an alleged activist of Daesh and recovered two hand grenades from him. On a tip-off, the CTD officials raided Sialkot Bypass and arrested Sohail Suleman of Madina Bazaar and recovered two hand grenades from him. It was told that the accused was an activist of Daesh.
Later, the CTD officials presented the accused before Sessions Judge Habibullah Amir, who granted his seven-day judicial remand.

Muhammad Asif of Camp No-4, Civil Lines, sprinkled petrol on his body and set himself on fire after quarrelling with his friends. As a result, he received serious burns. He was shifted to the DHQ Hospital from where the doctors referred him to a Lahore hospital.
