Panel transformer changed

FAISALABAD: The Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (Fesco) staff has changed incoming panel of power transformer T-3 at 132-KV old thermal power grid station within record time of 6 hours only.
The power supply from 13 feeders remained suspended for the replacement of this incoming panel. According to details, a technical glitch occurred in power transformer of 132-KV Old Thermal grid station and Fesco administration decided to replace the incoming panel of power transformer T-3. The consumers were told about loadshedding and power supply remained suspended from 08:30 am to 2:30 pm in Mansoorabad, Madina Town, Amin Town, Canal Road, Chak Jhumra, Farooqabad, Hajveri Park, Abdullahpur and Jaranwala (partially). Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Fesco Rashid Ahmed Aslam and General Manager (Operations) Masood Salahuddin monitored the operation while SE (GSO) remained present at grid during the whole process. CEO Fesco paid visit to grid two times and reviewed the pace of work and also encouraged the Fesco staff.
