CHAKWAL: Four gunmen and a police party exchanged firing on Mohallah Dhakkoo Road in the area of city police on Wednesday.
According to Head Constable Amir Bilal, he signaled a suspected car to stop on Mohallah Dhakkoo Road, Chakwal, but the car riders opened indiscriminate firing at the police party and fled the scene. The police party chased the gunmen who left the car and fled, leaving a pistol and five bullets and a fake police number plate in the car. Police have registered a case.
