Decanting triggers fire

GUJRANWALA: Three shops caught a fire when the process of decanting was underway in a shop here at Qila Didar Singh, Gujranwala on Saturday.
Reportedly, shopkeeper Shahbaz was decanting when a cylinder caught fire and the fire engulfed two other shops as well and destroyed goods present in the shops.
Rescue teams extinguished the fire after hectic efforts of an hour.
SUBSTANDARD MILK: Livestock team Saturday seized 4,000 litre substandard milk from milk vans at Alam Chowk Bypass. The team also arrested nine people. Later, the team poured the milk into canal.
