Woman’s body found

DASKA: Sadr police Saturday found a dead body of a 35-year-old woman.

Police was informed that a body was lying in the area. The police recovered the body with throat slit. The body was sent to hospital for a postmortem.

MAN DIES: An old man died in a road accident in the area of Bombanwala police on Saturday.

The man was crossing a road when a speeding car hit him, leaving him dead on the spot.

GIRL ABDUCTED: A 22-year-old girl was abducted in the area of Motra police on Saturday.

The daughter of Azam was going to bazaar when accused Ali Raza, Shahbaz, Ijaz and their accomplice allegedly abducted her in a car.

VALUABLES TAKEN AWAY: A man was robbed of cash and valuables in the area of Sadar police on Saturday.

Liaquat Ali was heading to Daska, when he reached near Jesirwala he was intercepted by two gunmen who snatched cash, a cell phone and a motorcycle from him.

MAN INJURED: A man was inflicted injuries by four people in the area of Motra police on Saturday.

Accused Shakeel Ahmed, Shafique Ahmed, Qadeer and Ikram thrashed and injured landlord Mudassar over a petty issue.
