ISLAMABAD: The Ministry of Education is set to host an international conference on girls’ education in Islamabad, where Malala Yousafzai, the youngest-ever Nobel laureate from Pakistan, will attend as a special guest
The 27-year-old advocate for girls’ education will deliver a keynote address at the two-day event, starting tomorrow (January 11), under the theme “Girls’ Education in Muslim Communities: Challenges and Opportunities.”
According to Education Secretary Mohyuddin Ahmad Wani, Malala is expected to emphasise the importance of educating girls in Muslim societies.
