Two policemen killed in Kohat operation

KOHAT: Two policemen were killed and four people injured in a clash in the Merozai area here on Thursday, the police said. A police party rushed to the Merozai area after coming to know that two groups had started trading fire there. Upon reaching the area, one of the parties opened fire on the policemen which was retaliated.
As a result, two policemen Waheed and Hamid, died on the spot. Another two policemen identified as Ijaz and Sami and two civilians Zulfiqar and Sardar were injured. The police arrested four people.
