Two bodies recovered

HAFIZABAD: Two bodies, including a new-born baby, were recovered from two different places on Tuesday.
According to police, a passer-by informed police that body of a new-born baby was lying in the Sem Nullah near Chhani Hoshnak Rai.
Kaleke police recovered the body and moved to the DHQ Hospital and registered a case.
According to another report, a body of a middle-aged villager was found floating in the canal near Bhoon Khurd.
The Rescue-1122 fished out the body and shifted it to the DHQ Hospital.
Police are investigating.
SHOS TRANSFERRED: To improve functioning of different police stations, District Police Officer (DPO) Hafizabad Muhammad Haroon Joyia Tuesday transferred City PS SHQ Ziafat Ali Bath to Pindi Bhattian Sadar and posted Ali Akbar Chattha in-charge CIA as SHO City Hafizabad.
SHO PS Pindi Bhattian Rana Farzand Ali was transferred and posted as in-charge CIA. Ahad Tarar of CIA has been posted as SHO Kaleke while SHO Kaleke has been sent to Police Lines.
