CJP takes suo moto notice of poor condition of Quetta hospital

ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Anwar Zaheer Jamali on Monday took suo moto notice of the poor condition of the Sandeman hospital, Quetta, and the facilities being provided to patients there. The CJP took suo moto notice under Article 184(3) of the Constitution on a report submitted to him through Registrar High Court of Balochistan, Quetta, regarding the poor condition of the provincial hospital and facilities being provided there to patients.
Taking notice, the CJP directed his office to fix the case for today (Tuesday) before the Bench No1 and issued notices to Attorney General for Pakistan, Advocate General and Secretary Health Balochistan.
