Painting competition held in Lakki Marwat

LAKKI MARWAT: The education department held a painting competition on anti-corruption themes in Lakki Marwat on Thursday.The competition was held on the special instructions of provincial directress education, Sameena Altaf, and Deputy Commissioner Zeeshan Abdullah as part of anti-corruption week activities.

Students from public sector schools participated in the competition held on the premises of Government Higher Secondary School No 3, Michenkhel. The participants made paintings and displayed them to be marked by judges.

Aatif of Government Higher Secondary School No 3, Michenkhel stood first in the competition followed by Muhammad Okasha of Government Shaheed Muhammad Ghassan Khan Centennial Model High School No 1, Lakki and Safwan Mehmood of Government Primary School No. 1, Totiabad who grabbed second and third positions respectively. Principal Sharifullah Khan, who was the chief guest on the occasion, distributed trophies and cash prizes among position holders and participating students.
