ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC), while accepting the bail plea of former MNA Ali Wazir, ordered the authorities to release him.
A division bench of the IHC, comprising Justice Babar Sattar and Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan, approved the bail plea of former MNA on Wednesday. The court ordered to release Ali Wazir against surety bond in the sum of Rs25,000. A terrorism-related case was registered against Ali Wazir. He is imprisoned at Adiala jail at present. An Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) had rejected the bail plea of Ali Wazir. He had later resorted to the IHC to get his bail.
