ISLAMABAD: A truck fell over a house near the protective dyke by-pass in Muhalla Pindi area of Jhang on early Thursday morning, killing seven children and injuring four others.
A private news channel reported that at least seven children were killed when a truck fell on their house in Muhalla Pindi in Jhang. The rescue teams and residents of the area recovered the dead and injured buried in the debris of the house and shifted them to the District Headquarters Hospital.
The deceased were identified as six-year-old Abdur Rehman, three-year-old Maafia, 11-year-old Rabia, eight-year-old Mussarat, five-year-old Farhat, 14-year-old Imran, 12- year-old Nadia while their mother Sardaran and father Rehman, three-year-old Rizwan and two-year-old Zareena were injured.
