Dacoity in businessman’s house
DPO orders arrest of culprits

JHANG: DPO Humayun Masood has directed City DSP Tahir Khichi and the Kotwali SHO to arrest the dacoits, who had looted the house of a businessman.
A delegation of businessmen led by Jhang Chamber of Commerce and Industry president Umer Ramay met the DPO and told him about the dacoity at the house of currency exchange dealer Haji Yasin. They claimed that some clues and information regarding culprits was handed over to the SHO and the investigation officer but to no avail.
Meanwhile, DPO Humayun Masood held a Police Darbar in the District Police Lines and listened to the complaints and problems of police officials.
On demand of the investigation officers, the DPO allowed them official vehicles for appearing in Lahore High Court. He assured the policemen of resolving their genuine problems.
