HAFIZABAD: Doctors on Thursday observed strike against the torture of their colleague.
Doctors and paramedics of the district also staged a demonstration in front of the DHQ hospital. They demanded immediate arrest of the accused. They warned of extending the strike across the province if the accused were not arrested. Due to the strike, the patients faced several problems.
Two days ago, some landlords allegedly tortured Dr Zafar Iqbal, who was a medical officer at the Mayo Hospital, over a minor issue.
