13 suspects nabbed in Kasur search operation

KASUR: As many as 13 suspects were arrested during search operation in different parts of the district on Sunday.
Giving details, the DPO said Chunian and Patokki police conducted search operation in Kanganpur, Qaim Shah, Qaziwala, Dia Singh Wala, Rukanpura and Moakal areas. The operation started at 11am and continued till 5pm. Two DSPs, four inspectors, 10 SIs, 13 ASIs, 75 constables and three teams of Elite Force participated in the operation, he added.
The DPO said about 180 houses were thoroughly checked and over 300 suspects were interrogated during the information-based search operation. Six illegal weapons with bullets are also recovered, he added. Three FIRs were also registered.
