Child drowns in canal

GUJRANWALA: A three-year-old child drowned in a canal here on Sunday.
Nabeel was playing along a canal when he suddenly slipped and fell into it. As a result, he drowned. On information, Rescue 1122 staffers reached the spot and started an operation to fish out the body. The operation was under way till the filing of the report.
MAN INJURED: A man was injured in a collision between two motorcycles on GT Road near Gakhar Mandi on Sunday.
Muhammad Imran was going to Gakhar when a motorcycle collided with his two-wheeler. As a result, Imran received serious head injury. He was rushed to the DHQ Hospital by Rescue 1122.
