26 outlaws arrested in Charsadda
CHARSADDA: The police and the security arrested 26 outlaws, including six proclaimed offenders (POs), during search operation in various areas of the district on Wednesday.
A communiqué issued from the district police officer (DPO)’s office stated the police and the security forces launched search operation against the outlaws in the limits of City Police Station and arrested six POs and 20 Afghan nationals having no valid documents.
The security forces also arrested 20 suspected persons in separate action and recovered arms from their possession, it added.The search operations in the district are being conducted after suicide attack at the district court in Shabqadar tehsil. Several suspects have been arrested in the operations.
Three injured in firing incident: Three persons, including a passerby, sustained injuries in a clash between two groups on Wednesday, official sources said. They said that Ramiz and Khalid allegedly fired at Taimur Khan, Ali Raza after an exchange of harsh words, leaving both of them injured. A passerby identified as Younas Khan also sustained injuries in the attack.
