10 top tax payers given certificates

CHAKWAL: The Tax Day was observed at Chakwal community centre on Monday and ten top tax payers of the district were given certificates of appreciation.
A seminar in this connection was held and it was presided over by DCO Chakwal Mehmood Jawaid Bhatti.
Addressing the seminar, speakers urged industrialists and traders to promote tax culture in the country.
Founder of Chakwal Chamber of Commerce Qazi Muhammad Akbar said the government must acknowledge work of the taxpaying community.
Top tax payers Nouman Iftikhar, Raja Nazar Hussain Ameen, Chaudhry Saadat Shehzad, Dr Munira, Sheikh Raiz Farooqi, Raja Mohammad Faisal, Sheikh Mohammad Rizwan, Khawaja Arif Yusuf and others were awarded with certificates.
Additional Commissioner Income Tax Touqeer Ahmed and AC Income Tax Nasir Mqbool Hashmi also spoke.
