JHANG: Additional Principal Medical Officer (APMO) of the District Headquarters Hospital Dr Iftikhar Ahmed Noor has assumed additional charge of the MS of the hospital. Former MS Dr Mumtaz Sial took charge of the post of surgeon of the hospital. It is worth mentioning that last week after the CM’s approval, the Punjab Health secretary transferred Dr Mumtaz and posted him as Toba Tek Singh DHQ Hospital APMO. Faisalabad Allied Hospital Additional MS Dr Iqbal Hussain was posted as the DHQ Hospital MS with immediate effect but he did not take over the charge. However, the transfer and posting orders of Dr Mumtaz are modified and he is allowed to work in the same hospital as a surgeon.
