Booked for not taking steps against dengue larva

OKARA: The TMA Enforcement Inspector (EI) Friday registered two separate cases against three people on charges of not taking preventive measures against dengue larva.
Khalid Mehmood and TMA health of Okara found smelly water and insufficient arrangements against dengue larva at the tyre shop of Muhammad Hanif and his brother Muhammad Anwar near fruit and vegetable market.
The team also inspected another tyre shop on Mandi Road run by Muhammad Shafiq who allegedly also did not take protective measures against dengue larva. The shop owners were booked.
