Two killed on Kasur bypass

KASUR: Two people, including a woman, were killed in separate road accidents on Kasur bypass.
A speeding car (ILP-723) hit eight kiln workers who were crossing the road near Rasoolpur, leaving Safia Bibi dead on the spot and seven others injured critically. The injured were shifted to hospital and then were referred to Lahore General Hospital.
The car driver was also injured.
The second accident took place also on the Kasur bypass in which a speeding truck killed Sajjad when he was walking along the road near Bhatta Sohanwala.
Police were investigating.
