ISLAMABAD: Justice and Democratic Party chief former chief justice of Pakistan, Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, has said the government removed Pervez Musharraf from the Exit Control List only to save itself.Addressing a function held here on the Pakistan Day on Wednesday, he said the government allowed Musharraf to go abroad despite the fact that he was facing various cases in courts. He said whether it was Ahsan Iqbal or Chaudhry Nisar and the prime minister himself, all had forgotten the speeches they delivered when they were not in power.
