Traffic mess irks masses

HAFIZABAD: People are facing problems due to severe traffic mess on different roads of the city.
The people said that they were facing problems due to long queues of vehicles on different roads due to traffic mess. They said that traffic police had failed in controlling traffic. They said that encroachments should be removed immediately for smooth flow of traffic. Awami Mahaz president Rana Khalid Mahmood, Sunni Tehreek president Syed Usman Shah, Anjuman-e-Tamero Taraki president Habibullah and others demanded the district administration officials take notice of the issue.
CHARACTER BUILDING OF CHILDREN URGED: Columnist Abid Masood Tahami has asked parents to pay special attention on character building of their children.
While addressing a prize distribution ceremony of a local school, he said that youth were assets of our nation and we should utilise all their capabilities for their best education. He said that increase in literacy rate was vital for progress. Later, he distributed prizes among the position holder students.
