Link between tribal-plain areas disconnected

DERA GHAZI KHAN: Heavy rains at Suleman Ranges in the west followed by hill torrents disconnected a road link between the tribal area and the plain area, which suspending traffic and other activities.
The tribesmen said that it was the first rain after the long dry spell that would also lead to end drought. The officials said that after heavy spell of the rains and the hill torrents, the road link of Tuman Buzdar and most parts of Tuman Qaisrani had been suspended. On Saturday night, DG Khan City and adjoining areas also received heavy rain while the residents of low-lying areas faced problems as rainwater entered into their houses.
