Two murdered

KASUR: Two people, including a woman, were killed in as many incidents here.

In the first incident, unidentified people strangled married woman Rashida and threw her body in a sugarcane field at Kot Sheikhawala. Kot Radha Kishan police are investigating.

In the second incident, Imran took his girlfriend Sonia from Shahpur Kanjran and was living with her at the brick kiln of his relative Tufail, who had asked him to return the girl to her parents but he refused. On Thursday, Tufail along with his accomplices Waqas alias Kashi and others entered the room of Imran and allegedly axed him to death. Police have registered a case.
