Terrorists camp destroyed in Khuzdar

QUETTA: Four terrorists of a banned organisation and a forces’ jawan were killed during the continued targeted operation of the security forces against terrorists and criminals in Khuzdar and Barkhan areas of Balochistan.
The security forces also arrested more than a dozen criminals including their important commander involved in bomb blasts and seized huge cache arms and ammunition from their possession. A terrorist’s camp was also dismantled.
According to sources, the security forces on a tip-off that some terrorists of a banned organisation involved in attack on armed forces and kidnap for ransom were present in a camp in Khuzdar, surrounded the area and the criminals hiding there sensing the presence of the security forces opened indiscriminate fire killing law enforcement agency personnel. The security forces retorted the attack as four criminals were killed and more than a dozen arrested.
The security forces raided their camp and after recovering huge amount of arms and ammunition and vehicles snatched from the security forces dismantled the camp.The security forces in a report that Nasir Khan Marri, Commander of a banned outfit was present in the area of Barkhan conducted an operation and arrested him.
Meanwhile IG of FC Maj General Muhammad Ijaz Shahid praised the security forces for their operation against the criminals and expressed the operation would continue against the anti-state elements.
