Citizens robbed of cash, valuables

GUJRANWALA: The locals were deprived of cash and valuables in different areas of Gujranwala on Tuesday.

Zulifqar and his wife were intercepted by three bandits in the Sohdra area and were deprived of gold ornaments, Rs 42,000 and two cellphones.

Abdul Wahid and his wife were robbed of gold ornaments, Rs 35,000 and a cellphone by robbers in Nowshera Virkan.

In Sadr Wazirabad near head Khanki gunmen snatched Rs 42,000 and one cellphone from one Siddique.

Robbers snatched Rs 33,000 and two cellphones from Ahad Gujjar at Wahndo.

In the Aroop police area bandits snatched Rs 27,000 and a gold chain from Muhammad Ali.

In Sadr police limits Sabir was deprived of Rs 17,000 and two cellphones by gunmen.

In Cantt area dacoits snatched motorcycle from Maqsood.

In Tatley Wali, Fayaz was deprived of his motorcycle.

Robbers snatched Rs 7,000 and a cellphone from Zaheer in Dhulley.

In Emanabad two robbers snatched Rs 25,000 and two cellphones from Abdul Rauf.

A car of Ziaullah was stolen.

Thieves stole motorcycles of Shakeel, Sharjeel, Yahya, Rashid, Aslam and Naseer from different parts of the city.
