Man killed, 3 hurt in accident

GUJRANWALA: A man was killed while three others sustained injuries in a road accident at Sialkot Bypass on Saturday.
A speeding car collided with a cycle and later with a motorcycle. As a result, Asif died on the spot while Nazira Bibi, Fahmida Bibi and Hafiz Ali sustained injuries and rushed to the DHQ Hospital.
SIX SHOPS LOOTED: Thieves stole cash and other valuables from six shops at Awan Chowk on Friday night.
Thieves broke into the shops and made off with cash and other valuables. Later, shopkeepers of the market staged a demonstration against the police and demanded immediate arrest of the accused persons.
EVE-TEASERS: Women visitors allegedly thrashed eve-teasers at Gulshan Iqbal Park on Saturday. Some boys were trying to capture pictures of girls at the park when the women caught them and allegedly gave them a good beating with their shoes.
