Most of us love to travel and look for ways to make it happen as and when we can get an opportunity. However, it is not as simple as it sounds even when you don't have any financial constraints. Planning a trip, from booking a flight to hotel reservations to sightseeing, can get very challenging at times and you might need some facilitation for a hassle-free travel plan.

With the intention to make the process easier as well as to promote tourism in Pakistan, a new travel company has been launched called - your travel buddy. It is not a booking portal for hotels, cars and tours but it is a venture to promote the positive and beautiful image of Pakistan to the world. It is a one-stop platform for travel enthusiasts.

The launch took place recently at a local hotel in Karachi amidst government officials, prominent figures from the corporate world as well as from show business, besides bloggers and journalists. The audience comprised about 300 people including prominent musician Immo and actor Ayaz Samoo.

The red carpet was followed by recitation and national anthem, leading to the inauguration helmed by Chief Guest Dr Mirza Ikhtiar Baig, Sr. V. President, FPCCI. Other guest of honours who graced the event with their presence included Mr Ishtiaq Baig, Consul General of Kingdom of Morocco; Mr Khairul Nazar Abd Rahman, Consul General Malaysia; Mr Totok Prianamto, Consul General Indonesia; Mr Nguyen Hong Tien, Consul General Vietnam as well as Pakistani politician and MPA, Mr Shahzad Qureshi.

CEO of the company, Mr Talha Gadit, addressed attendees and reflected on how the company came to life and that it aims to set a trend in the market. The company representatives claimed that the company has the potential to become the primary choice of every traveller while they assured that it is offering secured and convenient ways to book verified hotels online. also plans to launch a mobile app soon to meet the demands of customers.
