With a number of films scheduled to release this year, including some prominent ones such as Kamli, Quaid e Azam Zindabad, Tich Button and Money Back Guarantee among many others, according to recent reports, Wajahat Rauf is also gearing up for his yet-to-be-titled upcoming film. However, rumours have started circulating that Hania Aamir and Sheheryar Munawar will be seen together for the first time in the upcoming film. To confirm the news, Instep got in touch with director Wajahat Rauf, who shared that nothing has been finalised as yet and that he is still in talks with the actors.
According to online portal Something Haute, the untitled project, which is written by Mohsin Ali, who has films like Wrong No. and Chupan Chupai to his credit, is a romantic comedy with an important social message attached to it.
Though there is still time till the official announcement is made on whether Hania Aamir and Sheheryar Munawar will star in Rauf’s next, for now we know that the Anaa actress is all set to appear on the small screen in drama serial Ishqiya alongside Feroze Khan and Ramsha Khan. Apart from this, Hania will star in another movie, titled Patakh Dey, which also marks Azaan Sami Khan’s cinematic debut.
