After giving us the urban cool Ho Mann Jahaan featuring Mahira Khan, Adeel Husain and Sheheryar Munawar in 2016, director Asim Raza is all set for his next film titled Paray Hut Love. As far as the cast is concerned, the film will feature Mahira Khan and Sheheryar Munawar in lead roles.
Paray Hut Love will be Mahira and Sheheryar’s third film together after Ho Mann Jahaan and 7 Din Mohabbat In, which is set to release in June. The two were also recently seen together this year in a Coca Cola commercial, also directed by Asim Raza, as they danced to the Coke Studio hit, ‘Tinak Dhin’.
Talking to Instep about his upcoming venture, Paray Hut Love, Asim shared, “The film is a romantic coming-of-age comedy which has been written by Imran Aslam.” He added, “Like Ho Mann Jahaan, Paray Hut Love also talks about some psychological issues faced by the youth today, but in a much lighter perspective.”
When asked why he chose Mahira Khan and Sheheryar Munawar for his second film as well, the director stated, “Both Mahira and Sheheryar are immensely talented and versatile actors. Their characters in the film are completely different from HMJ and their chemistry in the film is something which people have never seen before.”
Apart from Mahira and Sheheryar, the all-star cast includes Nadeem Baig, Hina Dilpazeer, Ahmed Ali Butt, Zara Noor Abbas and Rachel Viccaji among others. Sheheryar Munawar will be producing Paray Hut Love, which is scheduled to release on Eid-ul-Azha 2019.
