Actress Sonnalli Seygall opened up on how shooting for music videos had been therapeutic for her and a different experience altogether.
Recently, Sonnalli shot for a wedding video named Dholna and is currently working on another music video in Punjab.
In an interview with Hindustan Times, Sonnalli said, “The last and a half year has been challenging for all of us and as soon as projects started rolling in, I felt relieved. I just wanted the momentum to build and continue and the medium didn’t matter to me. So while I was shooting for my upcoming acting projects, I also took up music videos.”
The Boondi Raita actress added, “Mental health has been a matter of concern over the last few months. Music has played a huge role in keeping people entertained and motivated.”
“Music helps one stay emotionally and mentally strong, including me. So when the opportunity of me being a part of music videos, I immediately accepted. If these songs bring a smile on people’s faces what more could I ask for.”
