Lily Gladstone, Oscar nominee, reveals her longtime dream

Lily Gladstone, the rising star who earned an Oscar nomination for her role in Killers of the Flower Moon, is setting her sights on a new challenge: hosting Saturday Night Live.

"That's been probably a dream that I've held on my own," she said about hosting the iconic late-night sketch show. "[It's] almost just become a platitude," Gladstone continued, comparing it to childhood dreams of winning an Oscar. "But the thing I've always wanted to do if I've had this moment is to host SNL."

This news comes after Gladstone's breakout performance in Martin Scorsese's historical drama. Her portrayal of Mollie in the film garnered critical acclaim and solidified her place as a talent to watch. However, it seems her ambitions extend beyond the silver screen.

The late-night sketch comedy series, created by Lorne Michaels, has featured celebrity hosts alongside its award-winning cast for over four decades. Gladstone is excited about her chance to host.
