Islamabad: Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani will have an important meeting with British Prime Minister David Cameron in London next week.
Prime Minister Gilani, who has received an invitation from his British counterpart on Wednesday, would be leaving for London on Tuesday, and it is expected that the two prime ministers would discuss ways and means to improve bilateral ties between the two countries which suffered a blow due to obnoxious comments of British prime minister about Pakistan while he was on a trip to India in August.
Diplomatic sources have indicated that floods in Pakistan, war on terrorism and upsurge in occupied Kashmir would come up for discussion in the meeting.
The Afghanistan situation and the US plan for withdrawal of troops from the war-torn country would also figure in the meetings of the two prime ministers, sources said.
