22 militants killed in Shawal air strikes

Miranshah: At least 22 militants were killed Saturday when fighter jets bombarded six insurgent hideouts in North Waziristan´s Shawal area, security officials said.

"Fighter jets precisely hit the Taliban´s hideouts at separate locations in Shawal," a security official in Peshawar told AFP.
