Banana bites

Ingredients

* 1 ripe banana

* 1tbsp peanut butter

* 1 tbsp cocoa powder

* 1 tsp of your favourite sweetener

Instructions

1-Slice the banana and spread the peanut butter on each slice.

2-Stick two slices together and place in the freezer for an hour.

3-In the meantime, melt the coconut oil, cocoa, and syrup on very low heat.

4-Take the banana bites out of the freezer and dip each bite in the melted mixture.

5-Pop back in the freezer to set.

Midnight cookies

Ingredients

* ¾ cups oat flour

* 1 cup rolled oats

* ½ cup chopped cashews

* ½ cup sesame seeds

* ¼ tsp salt

* ½ tsp cinnamon

* 1/8 tsp cardamom

* ¼ tsp ground ginger

* ½ cup soft and pitted dates

* 1 egg

* ¼ cup coconut oil

* ½ cup unsweetened apple sauce

* 1-2 tbsp honey

Instructions

1-Preheat oven to 350 F.

2-Mix oat flour, rolled oats, chopped cashews, sesame seeds, and spices in a bowl.

3-Blend dates, apple sauce, coconut oil, honey, and egg until smooth.

4-Now, combine wet and dry ingredients.

5-Scoop out ¼ measuring cup of dough per cookie and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

5-Bake for approximately 20 mins or until golden.

6-Cool on a cookie sheet and store in an airtight container preferably in the fridge.
