An alleged Raw agent arrested from Karachi's Baldia Town
KARACHI: Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) on Wednesday claimed to have arrested another alleged agent of Indian spy agency, Research and Analysis Wing (RAW), in a raid carried out near Murshid Hospital in Baldia Town area.

KARACHI: Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) on Wednesday claimed to have arrested another alleged agent of Indian spy agency, Research and Analysis Wing (RAW), in a raid carried out near Murshid Hospital in Baldia Town area.
According to a press release issued by the CTD, on the orders of SSP investigation CTD Naveed Khawaja a police party headed by Special Investigation Unit Incharge CTD conducted a police raid in Baldia Town.
After an encounter, the police arrested Muhammad Arif and recovered a hand grenade and a pistol along with four bullets from his possession.
The press release said, the accused during the interrogation confessed to getting training in army camps in various cities of India.
It said Muhammd Arif was trained on making bombs and operating weapons in Indian army camps.
Further investigation is underway and more revelations are expected, CTD said.
